Delete Your Data
You can remove your connected account data from Nexus at any time. This page explains exactly what is deleted, how, and how long it takes.
Self-Service Deletion
- 1Sign in to Nexus.
- 2Open the brand whose connection you want to remove.
- 3Go to the Social Accounts tab.
- 4Click Disconnect next to the connected account (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube), then confirm.
Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes the encrypted OAuth tokens and profile information stored for that connection. This cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Encrypted access and refresh tokens for the connection (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube)
- The connected account's OpenID, display name and avatar reference
- Locally cached profile and analytics data associated with that connection
What This Does Not Affect
Disconnecting a social account never affects the connected platform account itself (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube), its content or its settings — it only removes Nexus's stored connection to it. Administrator login accounts are managed separately by your organization's IT administrator.
Request Full Data Deletion
To request deletion of any additional data Nexus may hold about a connection (for example, if you no longer have dashboard access), email souadtorfi10@gmail.com from your work address with the brand name and connected account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
