Documentation

An overview of how Nexus is organized and how to use it — for administrators setting up a new company, brand, or platform connection.

Getting Started

Sign in, then select or create a company. A company can contain any number of brands, and every brand manages its own, fully isolated platform connections.

Companies & Brands

Companies are completely isolated from one another. Within a company, each brand keeps its own independent set of connected social accounts, analytics, and content.

Social Accounts

Each brand's Social Accounts tab shows the connection status, connected account, granted scopes, connection date, and last sync for every platform — with Reconnect and Disconnect available at any time.

TikTok Integration

See the dedicated TikTok Integration page for details on Login Kit, profile and performance data, and Content Posting.

YouTube Integration

See the dedicated YouTube Integration page for details on channel data, video data, analytics, and upload.

Analytics

Real, per-brand performance metrics — followers, engagement, top-performing content, and trend comparisons — sourced directly from each connected platform's own API.

Content Publishing

Nexus's Composer can prepare content for supported platforms. Real publishing is disabled by default and gated behind multiple independent safeguards — see the Security page for details.

Security

See the Security page for the full list of implemented security controls — authentication, encryption, isolation, and publishing safety.

Troubleshooting

If a platform connection shows an error or expired status, reconnecting it from the brand's Social Accounts tab resolves most issues. For anything else, contact Support.
