Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexus1010, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Nexus1010 is a multi-tenant enterprise social media management platform intended exclusively for authorized personnel of the businesses that use it. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform.
Authorized Use
Access is restricted to authorized administrators and approved employees. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must never share access with unauthorized individuals.
Supported Companies, Brands and Platforms
Nexus manages social media accounts for any number of companies and their brands, each with its own fully isolated connections. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are fully supported platforms today, connected via each platform's official Login/OAuth flow; Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn are planned as future integrations.
Platform Connections
Nexus integrates with TikTok using the official TikTok Login Kit, and with Facebook, Instagram and YouTube using each platform's official OAuth 2.0 flow. Every connection is read-only with respect to the connected account and requests only the permissions needed for the analytics features it powers. Users may connect only accounts they are authorized to manage.
Third-Party Services
Nexus relies on third-party services, including TikTok, for authentication and account connectivity. The availability and functionality of those services are governed by their respective terms, policies and operational status.
Platform Availability
The platform is provided on an 'as available' basis. Scheduled maintenance, software updates or temporary interruptions of external services may affect availability without prior notice.
Security
Nexus implements industry-standard security measures including HTTPS communication, encrypted credential storage and secure OAuth authentication. Users remain responsible for protecting their administrator credentials.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, documentation, interface designs and source code associated with Nexus1010 remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nexus. No portion of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified or redistributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Nexus is designed to facilitate secure social media account management across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliability and security, the platform shall not be liable for interruptions, third-party service failures, unauthorized access resulting from user negligence or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate platform access at any time if these Terms are violated, unauthorized activity is detected or continued access may compromise platform security.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
