Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect a TikTok Business account?

Sign in to Nexus, open the Brands page, select the brand you want to connect, navigate to Social Accounts and click Connect TikTok. You will be redirected to the official TikTok Login Kit authorization page and automatically returned after approval.

How do I reconnect a TikTok account?

If a connection expires or is revoked, open the selected brand, locate the TikTok connection card and click Reconnect to complete the authorization flow again.

How do I disconnect a TikTok account?

Open the Social Accounts page for the selected brand, click Disconnect and confirm the action. The encrypted connection is removed immediately.

What permissions does Nexus request?

Nexus requests TikTok permissions individually as each feature is enabled: user.info.basic identifies the connected account (active today); user.info.profile and user.info.stats power the Analytics and AI Insights dashboards (follower counts, engagement and growth); video.list powers per-video performance tables. The same minimal, feature-tied principle applies to the permissions requested from Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. No permission is requested that isn't tied to a visible feature, and nothing is ever used to post, edit or delete content on your behalf.

Can I add multiple brands?

Yes. Nexus supports managing any number of brands under one account, each with its own fully isolated social media connections.

Who can access Nexus?

Access is restricted to authorized administrators and approved marketing team members within your organization.
